Ethics & Disability: Every Attorney’s Responsibility to Accommodate Those with Disabilities

$49 – $69CBA CLE hosts a program on the ethical and legal responsibilities lawyers have to accommodate people with disabilities. The virtual CLE program covers what a reasonable accommodation is, when clients can and can’t be billed for the accommodation and more. Attendance earns one general, 0.5 ethics and 0.5 EDI CLE credits.
