The Colorado Criminal Defense Bar hosts a CLE program exploring how mental health conditions impact criminal defendants entering not guilty for reason of insanity pleas. The program will go over recent state legislation, how to work with clients with serious mental health conditions and more. In-person and virtual attendance options are available and are pending three general CLE credits.
