Coan, Payton & Payne, LLC announced the expansion of its legal team with the addition of two attorneys, Charles H. Jacobs and Alan S. Thompson. After more than 30 years at Lohf Shaiman Jacobs PC, Jacobs and Thompson bring diverse legal experience and dedication to client service. Jacobs, a Denver native and graduate of the University of Colorado and Cornell Law School, brings decades of experience in corporate and business law, estate planning, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions.
A Boulder native and graduate of the University of Colorado, Thompson has extensive experience in business transactions, commercial litigation, and intellectual property law. Over the course of his career, he has successfully represented clients in complex arbitration proceedings, as well as in both state and federal courts across a range of jurisdictions.
