Magistrate Judge Andrew Poland was appointed to the 1st Judicial District Court, replacing retiring Judge Ann Meinster June 1.

Judge Brittany Schneider was appointed chief judge in the 14th Judicial District, replacing retiring Judge Mick O’Hara III.

Gov. Polis on April 17 appointed Hollie Wheelwright to the Mineral County Court. She replaces retiring Judge Ruth Acheson, effective May 1.

Judge D. Cory Jackson was appointed chief judge in the 7th Judicial District, replacing retiring Judge J. Steven Patrick July 1.
