Spencer Fane announced today that New York City-based Golenbock Eiseman Assor Bell & Peskoe, a recognized full-service 50-attorney law firm, will combine with the firm effective February 2, 2026.
The combination simultaneously provides Spencer Fane entry into the largest legal market in the world while also giving Golenbock professionals access to a combined firm of 700 attorneys and 31 offices across the nation.
