KO Law announced the promotion of Ryan Sykora and Samantha Pjesky to Of Counsel, effective January 1, 2026. The promotions recognize their legal expertise, sophisticated deal experience, and leadership within the firm.

Sykora is a corporate attorney whose practice focuses on business transactions and corporate law, including debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, company formations, and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining KO Law, Sykora practiced at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Bingham McCutchen LLP in Boston. He earned his law degree from Boston College Law School, graduating cum laude.
Pjesky advises companies throughout their lifecycle, including entity formations, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Before joining KO Law, she practiced at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Denver. Pjesky earned her law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif.
