
The Byron R. White Center will present an in-depth, in-person preview of the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2025–2026 term at the University of Colorado Law School. The program will examine upcoming cases involving the First Amendment, internet regulation, fundraising by faith-based pregnancy centers, redistricting, bans on conversion therapy for LGBTQ youth and the rights of transgender athletes.
Professors Scott Skinner-Thompson, Margot Kaminski, and Doug Spencer will provide expert analysis, with Deep Gulasekaram, director of the Byron White Center and provost professor of law, moderating. The lecture will be 5-6:30 p.m., followed by a networking reception. One general CLE credit is approved. Attendance is in person only, and RSVP is required.
