
Denver attorneys Joel D. Heusinger and Daniel M. Gross have been selected as arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association’s (AAA) prestigious Construction Mega Project Panel.

With a forty-year career in litigating and arbitrating construction cases, Daniel Gross now focuses his practice on alternative dispute resolution. He also serves as a senior advisor at Woods Aitken, assisting the firm’s construction and litigation groups. A member of the AAA National Construction Arbitrator Panel for over 35 years, Gross has had more than 100 appointments across 12 states. He has taken over 40 arbitrations through award and is also an active mediator.
Joel Heusinger has practiced with Woods Aitken since 1986, emphasizing construction law and litigation. He has been involved in complex construction disputes across the United States, managing claims in the hundreds of millions of dollars and vast amounts of electronic data. Heusinger has also participated in over 400 mediations and numerous arbitrations nationwide. He is a Fellow in the American College of Construction Lawyers and previously served on its Board of Governors. He is ranked in Chambers USA for his work in construction law.
