Fox Rothschild announced that Spencer R. Allen, an attorney in their Litigation Department and Denver office, has been elevated to counsel.
Allen represents clients in complex commercial litigation involving environmental, natural resources and construction disputes in federal and state court, arbitration and mediation, and administrative hearings.
Allen received his B.S, B.A. from the University of Virginia and his JD from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
