Vinson & Elkins announced that Will Myer has joined the firm as a Corporate partner in its Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice group. Myer brings extensive experience advising on a broad range of strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures and other corporate matters.

Myer received his B.S., Business Finance, summa cum laude, at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, and his J.D. at the University of Colorado Law School.
