Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP announced that David M. Hrovat has joined the firm’s Property Rights Group as Counsel. Hrovat focuses his practice on real estate-related litigation, including purchase agreements, construction, and oil and gas disputes. He has managed all aspects of complex litigation matters across state and federal courts (including bankruptcy court) from California to New York and the District of Columbia.
Prior to joining the firm, Hrovat practiced at litigation firms in New York and Denver. He earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School and his B.A. from Bridgewater College.
