Wilkinson Barker Knauer, LLP (WBK) announced the addition of E. Glenn Rippie as a Partner in its Denver office. Glenn brings four decades of legal and senior business executive experience in the energy industry, working extensively with executive management and teams across finance, operations, rates, regulatory affairs, and communications to address complex legal, regulatory, and business challenges.
Rippie joins WBK following his role as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Commonwealth Edison Company (ComEd), where he led the company’s legal, claims, and damage prevention departments and served on its Senior Leadership Committee. He is a 1985 graduate of Yale Law School and earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in mathematics and economics from Northwestern University
