
Randy Dann has joined Dorsey & Whitney LLP as a Partner in the Firm’s Regulatory Affairs group. Dann comes to Dorsey from Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where he was a Partner. He received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. from the University of Florida.
With more than a decade of experience representing energy, industrial, and agricultural clients across the Rocky Mountain region and the Midwest, Dann counsels clients on Clean Air Act (CAA) permitting, compliance, and enforcement matters.
“Randy advises companies operating in highly regulated industries on air quality and environmental compliance and enforcement matters, helping them advance critical projects while effectively managing regulatory risk,” said Megan Houdeshel, Regulatory Affairs Practice Group Leader for Dorsey. “He brings deep experience guiding energy, industrial, and agricultural clients through complex regulatory challenges.
