Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti PC (Otten Johnson) announced the addition of Leilani Argersinger to their Business Transactions & Capital Markets Practice Team. Argersinger works with companies and investors on corporate matters across the life of a business, from entity formation and early fundraising through growth and exit.

Before joining Otten Johnson, Argersinger practiced in the Denver office of an AmLaw 100 firm. Argersinger received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
