The governor has now pardoned more than 4,000 people convicted of now legal marijuana possession since October 2020. 

Gov. Jared Polis announced on Dec. 30 that he has granted three commutations, 15 individual pardons and signed an Executive Order granting 1,351 pardons for convictions of possession of two ounces or less of marijuana.
