Latitude, a flexible legal talent company serving legal departments and law firms, announced the opening of a Denver office led by David Hamm.
Hamm, a former public company general counsel, will work with corporate legal departments and law firms on contract engagements, secondments and permanent hiring. The company said the Denver office will serve clients in Colorado and the Mountain West.

Before joining Latitude, Hamm served as general counsel of NioCorp Developments Ltd. Earlier in his career, he practiced at Jackson Walker and Kean Miller before holding senior in-house legal roles at Lumen Technologies and Summit Materials.
Hamm has taught securities regulation as an adjunct professor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, the University of Colorado Law School and Louisiana State University Law Center. He earned a law degree from Louisiana State University and a Master of Laws degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
