
Hilgers continues its national expansion with the addition of veteran intellectual property litigator Erin Kelly, who joins the firm’s Denver office after more than 15 years with Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner.
A registered patent attorney with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in aerospace engineering, Ms. Kelly brings extensive experience helping companies protect and maximize the value of their intellectual property.

Ms. Kelly represents clients in complex patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret disputes, advising companies across industries ranging from aerospace and medical devices to renewable energy, software and advanced manufacturing. She serves on the membership committee of the Colorado Intellectual Property American Inn of Court and is a frequent speaker on intellectual property issues and has authored publications on developments in intellectual property law. Certified by the National Association of Minority & Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF), Hilgers is the nation’s largest certified women-owned law firm.
