
Denver-based KO Law has added Taylor Flynn to its attorney team, the firm announced this week. Flynn joins KO Law from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, where she was an associate in the firm’s corporate transactions practice and represented public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and other corporate matters. Her experience has included work on transactions across a range of industries as well as prior experience in litigation and regulatory matters.
Flynn earned her J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, where she served as an editor of the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy. At BCLP, she worked on transactions including the sale of Enesco Properties’ Things Remembered non-retail business and Benson Hill’s divestiture of its fresh foods segment.
