Ogletree Deakins announced the addition of five new shareholders and one associate to the firm’s Denver office from Fisher Phillips LLP. Tami Essis Culkar, Micah Dawson, Janet Himmel, Kimberley Dempster, and Sarah Bennett will join the Denver office along with associate Katie Bostrom.
“This group brings substantial bench strength in employment litigation and traditional labor to our Denver office, and their experience will benefit our clients right away,” said Liz Washko, managing shareholder of Ogletree Deakins. “Welcoming this group of shareholders is a testament to the strength of our platform, our commitment to client service, and the collaborative environment we’ve built across the firm. We are excited to have these talented attorneys join Ogletree Deakins and look forward to the value they will bring to our clients and colleagues.”
The attorneys collectively bring decades of legal experience to Ogletree Deakins, bolstering the firm’s employment litigation, traditional labor relations, and class and collective action practices while handling complex wage-and-hour, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters in numerous industries. In addition to these overlapping areas, each brings their own unique practice and industry experience to serve employers across multiple jurisdictions.
