General contractor W.E. O’Neil Construction has appointed Nicholas (Nick) Schubert as General Counsel. As General Counsel, Schubert will lead W.E. O’Neil’s enterprise legal and risk function, providing strategic and practical counsel on business and construction matters, including contracts, claims and disputes, insurance, compliance, outside counsel, and enterprise risk. He will also work closely with the company’s safety leadership to further incorporate safety into its integrated approach to enterprise risk management.
Schubert earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm School of Law and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from Fordham University.
