Barnes & Thornburg announced the addition of 35 lawyers to its Government Services and Finance Department across 10 offices. The expansion also includes the opening of three new offices in Baltimore, Denver and Phoenix. The group joins from Ballard Spahr, with partner Anastasia Khokhryakovana leading the office.
