Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck announced Oct. 19 that Chris Castilian, a policy director in the firm’s State Government Relations Group, has been appointed to the executive committee of the Metro Denver Economic Development Council.
The Metro Denver EDC is a privately funded economic development organization that works with state, county and local economic development professionals to support job creation and investment opportunities across Colorado.
Castilian has been involved with the organization in various capacities for the past 20 years. As a member of the executive committee, he will help oversee the organization’s budget, work plan and programming.
“I look forward to promoting a healthy and vibrant business climate for Denver and the broader Colorado economy,” Castilian said.
