Spencer Fane LLP announced the addition of Terry Cipoletti to the firm’s Denver office as an of counsel attorney in the Health Care Practice Group.
Cipoletti advises clients on regulatory matters including privacy and data security, HIPAA compliance, breach investigations and notifications, security risk assessments, and regulatory requirements under Colorado law. He works closely with health care providers to develop practical compliance strategies, to investigate and address privacy incidents, and to respond to government investigations related to data security and privacy matters.
