
Gov. Jared Polis has appointed Elizabeth McClintock to the Teller County Court in the 4th Judicial District, effective March 1. Her appointment fills the vacancy created by the retirement of Theresa Kilgore.
Since 2015, McClintock has been a presiding Municipal Court judge in Woodland Park, where her docket consists of municipal ordinance and traffic violations, and a managing attorney at McClintock Law Firm, LLC, where her practice consists of criminal defense, dependency and neglect and civil appeals.
McClintock earned her B.S. and her J.D. from the University of Wyoming.
