Conner Eversole, Real Estate Law
Eversole advises a broad range of real estate clients that includes developers, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, and borrowers. He guides clients through every stage of complex real estate transactions, from negotiating and drafting agreements, to managing regulatory and compliance issues, through to closing deals.
Lee Katherine Goldstein, Appellate and Litigation
Goldstein represents a variety of clients in litigation matters including fiduciaries and beneficiaries in probate proceedings. She is an experienced trial and appellate attorney and has practiced before state and federal appellate courts throughout the country.
Kylie Lovell, Litigation
Lovell helps her clients through all phases and complexities of litigation. She has over ten years of experience representing clients in construction litigation, oil and gas title, civil litigation, real property and business transactions, and corporate regulatory compliance.
