Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Jack Mathews has joined the firm as a senior associate in its Environmental & Public Lands Group. Mathews is admitted to practice in Colorado, New York, and Washington, DC.
Mathews focuses his practice on complex environmental regulatory and litigation matters. He represents global and multinational clients in disputes involving contamination, remediation, and environmental liability under federal and state law, including matters arising under CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, and their state equivalents, as well as the Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act.
Mathews earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.A. from Antioch College.
