Coan, Payton & Payne announced the addition of Scott Challinor to the firm’s probate practice group.
Challinor has more than a decade of experience in probate litigation and uncontested fiduciary administration. He represents clients in a wide range of contested probate matters, such as will contests, trust disputes, contested conservatorships and guardianships, breach of fiduciary duty claims and appeals. His experience also includes fiduciary removal, contested accountings and power of attorney disputes, among others.
Challinor received his law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law.
