Lt. Gov. Dianne Primavera has appointed Sabrina James to the Kiowa County Court in the 15th Judicial District. The appointment is effective immediately, occasioned by the resignation of the Honorable Pamela Johnston.
James has been a teacher at Eads High School and an adjunct professor at Lamar Community College since 2008. She earned her B.A. and M.A. from Colorado State University Pueblo in 2002 and 2012, respectively.
