Snell & Wilmer announced that Ian Carmen has joined the firm as an associate in the Litigation, Investigations, and Trials Practice Group. He represents individuals and businesses in commercial and civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on construction disputes. His experience includes construction defect claims, mechanic’s liens, bond claims, breach of contract, fiduciary disputes, insurance coverage, premises liability, and real estate disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Ian practiced at Berg Hill Greenleaf Ruscitti L.L.P., Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, L.L.P., and Pickard Law, P.C. He earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and his B.A. in Criminology from the University of New Mexico.
