Adams & Reese has expanded its Corporate Services Practice Group with the addition of Joseph Bohling, a seasoned transactional attorney who joins the firm’s Denver office as Counsel. Bohling advises publicly traded companies, private equity and venture capital-backed businesses, and closely held enterprises on strategies that drive growth and protect value.

Bohling primarily focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, complex contract negotiation, leasing, and commercial advisory work across a range of industries, including automotive OEMs, industrial and heavy-equipment manufacturing, professional services, and healthcare. He has served as global general counsel for startup and private equity-backed high-tech organizations and has guided venture capital firms in structuring early-stage impact investments and regulatory matters. He also brings broad cross-border experience spanning Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, where he has advised on M&A transactions, business formation, capital deployment, and global expansion. He earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School and his B.A. from Colorado State University.
