The Advisory Committee on the Local Rules of Practice and Procedure has completed their review of public suggestions and comments for improvements to the 2025 local rules. The United States District Court for the District of Colorado reviewed and approved revisions on November 5, 2025. The amended rules, which became effective December 1, can be found in a redline/strikeout version of the current local rules, a summary compilation of revised rules, and final form by visiting the Local Rules page on the Court’s website.
