Xian Wang Joins Spencer Fane in Denver as an Associate

Spencer Fane LLP announced on April 22 that Xian Wang joined the firm’s Denver office as an associate in the litigation and dispute resolution practice group.

Wang represents clients in civil and commercial litigation matters, including complex business disputes, property damage claims and liability defense. Before entering private practice, she worked as a law clerk for Judge Amy Brosnahan of the 10th Judicial District of Minnesota. In this role, she helped manage a diverse docket of both criminal and civil cases through jury trial, also gaining the ability to filter clients’ questions and concerns through a judicial lens.

“As Spencer Fane maintains a steady growth trajectory, we are excited to once again expand our commercial litigation practice here in Denver,” said Office Managing Partner Ron Fano in a press release. “We look forward to the fresh perspective and unique insights Xian will contribute to our growing team.”

Wang received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison before earning her J.D. at the University of Minnesota Law School. While in law school, she was the student director of the University of Minnesota Law School Insurance Law Clinic.

A native of Tianjin, China, Wang is fluent in Chinese and has a limited working knowledge of French from time spent studying in the Normandy region.
