Gov. Jared Polis reached a middle ground on oil and gas ballot measures until at least 2022; Colorado employers are now required to provide annual paid sick leave as well as paid leave for coronavirus-related absences, and the new law will likely require adjustments from just about all employers; Jessica Brown discusses her focus on “lawyers as leaders” for her term as CBA president, and an ethics complaint filed against the Office of Public Guardianship alleges the use of office space in the City and County Building for free creates a conflict of interest.
