Also, Colorado’s legislature considers a farmworkers’ bill that would expand protections to agriculture industry workers enjoyed by laborers in other industries; the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral arguments in a case questioning whether the mayor of Colorado Springs violated a white nationalist group’s First Amendment rights; and the Colorado attorney general said the state saw a record number of consumer protection complaints in 2020.
