A new state law adds first-in-the-nation protections of biological and neural data, Denver voters look set to determine the ability of city workers’ rights to collectively bargain and strike on this November’s ballot and the 10th Circuit found that the statute for unauthorized work activity was impermissibly vague as applied to social media users posting images on the internet.
