The 10th Circuit held that a Sixth Amendment violation of confidential communication with an attorney required the defendant to show prejudice. Also this week, the U.S. Supreme Court agreed to hear oral arguments in a pair of consolidated cases arguing the TikTok ban passed this year violates the First Amendment.
