
Taft announced the addition of employment litigator Roger G. Trim to its Denver office, strengthening the firm’s practice and underscoring its growth in the region.
Trim’s experience includes defending organizations in litigation involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, and noncompete disputes. He has represented employers in cases arising under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, the Colorado Anti‑Discrimination Act, the Colorado Wage Claim Act, the Montana Wrongful Discharge from Employment Act, and 42 U.S.C. § 1981, among others.

Trim received his B.B.A, cum laude from the University of Michigan and his J.D., magna cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
