Three Nominated for the Colorado Court of Appeals

The Supreme Court Nominating Commission on May 19 announced it has nominated three candidates for a vacancy on the Colorado Court of Appeals created by the retirement of Judge Diana Terry. The vacancy will occur on July 7. The nominees were selected during a meeting in Denver on May 18 and 19, 2021. The nominees are W. Eric Kuhn, Priscilla Loew, and Katharine Lum.

Under the Colorado Constitution, the governor has 15 days from May 19 to appoint one of the nominees as a judge on the Colorado Court of Appeals.
