Connie Talmage Announces Departure from Colorado Lawyers Committee

Connie Talmage, executive director of the Colorado Lawyers Committee, announced her departure from the group Sept. 23. According to an email from Talmage, she will stay at the CLC until her successor is hired, given they’re hired before June 1, 2023.

“I have spent half my legal career here and have been the Executive Director for half the life of this wonderful organization. It is time to pass the torch,” Talmage wrote. “It has truly been my honor to lead this amazing organization for the last 22 years. We are blessed with remarkable volunteers who make an important difference in our community on a daily basis.”

Talmage added she expects the CLC Executive Committee will start to look for a new executive director, and in the interim, to reach out to Richard Westfall, the CLC board chair, or Dave Stark, the CLC secretary/treasurer with questions or input.
