Residents of Douglas, Elbert, and Lincoln counties with eligible outstanding warrants will have an opportunity to receive a “fresh start” this Friday through a special warrant forgiveness event hosted by the 23rd Judicial District Attorney’s Office and its law enforcement partners.
The event is designed to help individuals resolve eligible low-level warrants, reducing barriers for community members while allowing prosecutors and law enforcement to focus resources on more serious criminal cases. The event takes place Friday, July 10th at the Lansing Building, 11045 E. Lansing Circle in Englewood, from 12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
