Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP announced that Maria Y. Luna will join Kathleen Schroder as Co-Chair of the Davis Graham Clean Energy & Sustainability Group.

Detra, Head of the firm’s Transactions Department. “Her experience advising clients on large-scale renewable energy projects, combined with her practical approach to real estate and project development matters, will further strengthen the group’s ability to serve clients across the clean energy sector.”
Luna’s practice focuses on real estate law and she has broad experience representing investors, developers, and large companies throughout the U.S. in a variety of real estate matters, including large scale renewable energy projects, leasing, acquisition, dispositions, and hospitality. Her expertise also involves assisting clients with the acquisition and management of real estate in connection with complex mergers and acquisitions. Luna has two law degrees, from Universidad Francisco Marroquin, J.D., magna cum laude; and from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
