
Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP announced that Kristin Lentz, the firm’s co-managing partner and a partner in its Transactions Department, has been appointed to the Mile High United Way Board of Trustees. The appointment reflects Lentz’s ongoing dedication to civic engagement and advancing opportunities throughout the Denver region.

Lentz has served as co-managing partner of Davis Graham since 2017 and focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, debt financing transactions, and outside corporate counsel matters for companies across a range of industries.
