Greenspoon Marder adds three attorneys to Denver office

Greenspoon Marder announced Oct. 26 that partners Sibylle M. Clark and Ben King and associate Hunter Martin have joined the firm’s Denver office, along with three paralegals. The additions expand the firm’s family law and criminal defense practices in Colorado.

Clark focuses her practice on family law, criminal defense and litigation. She handles divorce, legal separation, parenting time, child support, relocation, post-decree modifications and enforcement of court orders. Before entering private practice, Clark served as a deputy district attorney, prosecuting cases in La Plata, Douglas and El Paso counties. She has tried more than 140 jury cases during her career.

King focuses his practice on marital and family law, including contested divorce and child custody cases. He has handled matters before the Colorado Court of Appeals and Colorado Supreme Court. King serves on the Colorado Bar Association’s Family Law Section Executive Council and has guest lectured on economic misconduct in divorce at the University of Colorado Law School.

Martin represents clients in divorce and legal separation proceedings, including matters involving property and debt division, maintenance, parenting time, decision-making responsibilities and child support. His practice also includes post-decree modifications and contempt proceedings related to family court orders.
