
Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe, P.C. is pleased to announce that Shannon M. Bell has joined the firm as a Director in its litigation practice group.
Bell brings significant experience representing businesses and professionals in complex civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts. Her practice includes construction disputes, commercial litigation, fiduciary claims, employment matters, and shareholder and landlord-tenant disputes, with particular depth in construction-related litigation and contract matters.
“Shannon is a seasoned trial lawyer with a strong reputation for delivering practical, strategic solutions for clients facing complex disputes,” said Kelley Duke, Managing Director. “Her experience and leadership strengthen our litigation and construction practices and expand the value we provide to our clients.”
Bell earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she was a member of the Order of St. Ives, and her B.S. in Psychology, with a minor in English, from the University of Iowa. She is admitted to practice in Colorado and Wyoming, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the District of Colorado and the District of Wyoming.
