
Davis Graham & Stubbs announced that Jeff Larson has joined the firm as counsel in its Intellectual Property & Technology Transactions Group.
Larson focuses his practice on trademark and copyright law, advising national and international clients on brand protection strategies. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and Washington.
His practice includes trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement, portfolio management, licensing and anti-counterfeiting matters. Larson also advises clients on branding initiatives, marketing, sponsorship and collaboration agreements, and works with foreign counsel on international trademark strategies.
Before joining Davis Graham, Larson practiced at two national law firms in Colorado, where he advised clients on trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement and portfolio management. Earlier in his career, he served as brand counsel for General Electric, managing trademark portfolios and trademark administration processes.
Larson earned his law degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property and his bachelor’s degree from Washington State University.
