Jenny Brook has rejoined Greenberg Traurig, LLP as a shareholder and assistant general counsel in its Denver office. Brook returns after a decade of serving as executive vice president and general counsel at Poppulo, where she also led cybersecurity, IT and compliance functions. Her return marks a significant addition to the firm’s Colorado presence and broader general counsel’s office.

During her tenure at Poppulo, Brook navigated complex regulatory environments and advised on issues spanning intellectual property, data privacy, cybersecurity and corporate governance. Greenberg Traurig CEO Brian L. Duffy said Brook’s experience as a client-facing general counsel brings valuable insight into the pressures and priorities businesses face. The firm’s General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer Jeff E. Scott added that Brook exemplifies the “boomerang effect,” returning to private practice with enhanced leadership and real-world perspective gained from her time in house.

Brook previously worked with David Levin, founder and former CEO of Four Winds Interactive, which later became Poppulo. Levin praised her impact, noting she operated as an integral part of the executive team. Brook said her experience as general counsel reshaped how she approaches legal service delivery, emphasizing collaboration and business alignment. She holds a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.

Greenberg Traurig has approximately 3,100 lawyers across 51 locations in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia.
