
Crisham & Holman announced April 29 that Matt Johnson has joined the firm as an associate.
Johnson represents clients in a wide array of business and commercial litigation matters. In his three years of practice, Johnson has successfully briefed and argued a motion for summary judgment on an affirmative claim for more than $1 million. Johnson was also recognized by a national organization for his work in the field of commercial litigation.
Before joining C&H, Johnson was an associate in the trial and appellate litigation group at Jackson Walker LLP. Before that, he interned for Judge Jeffrey Manske of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, Waco Division. Johnson earned his J.D. at Baylor University School of Law, where he received the R. Jack Ayres Advanced Trial Advocacy and Ty Drury Excellence in Mock Trial Awards.
Johsnon is admitted to practice in Texas and the U.S. District Courts for the District of Colorado, Northern District of Texas, Eastern District of Texas, Western District of Texas and Southern District of Texas. He is temporarily authorized to practice in Colorado pending admission.
