The Colorado Court of Appeals upheld teacher evaluation rules, finding the State Board of Education didn’t exceed its statutory authority in defining performance ratings and limiting appeal grounds.
The proposed measure would allow for injured workers to select an accredited doctor of their choice, rather than a minimum list of four given by an employer or insurer.
