David Gartenberg was appointed as Littler’s Denver office managing shareholder, and the firm also appointed new office managing shareholders in Indianapolis; Portland, Oregon; San Diego; and San Jose.

The legislation adds the definitions of biological and neural data to the Colorado Privacy Act, a first in the nation protection for neural data.

The use of artificial intelligence continues to increase, but governments in Colorado and around the world are looking at stricter regulations on the technology.
