Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP announces that Alena Weicher has joined the firm as an associate in the Trial Group. Weicher represents clients in product liability, premises liability, and healthcare professional liability matters, with a practice focused on complex litigation through trial and appeal.
Prior to joining Davis Graham, Weicher served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Robert Lochary of Colorado’s First Judicial District Court and the Honorable Elizabeth Brodsky of Colorado’s Twentieth Judicial District Court. She earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, an M.A. in Education from Dominican University, an M.A. in 18th-Century British Literature from Northwestern University, and a B.A. from Boston College.
